Hello, I am a freelance web design/developer serving clients across North West Ohio and South East Michigan. I have been designing web sites for 5 years. Over that time I have completed over 50 web sites. Over the past year I have worked very hard to learn the latest technology CSS based WC3 compliant web development. Using this technology makes your web site more accessible, load faster, and increases search engine rankings.
Brief History: Since the early 1980's I have always had creative marketing ideas and enjoyed working with computers and graphics (Atari 800xl!). After graduating from college (MBA) in 1998 from the University of Findlay I worked in customer service for many years. It wasn't untill 2004 when I took a class in XHTML at Owens Community College that I realized web design was a perfect fit for me. Since that time I decided to learn anything and everything I can about web design and development. My advanced skills are in the following areas:
- CSS Layout
- XHTML
- Dreamweaver
- Flash
- Fireworks
In addition to the above skills I also have a lot of experience with Adobe Illustrator, Premier video editing, Flash ActionScript, DHTML, JavaScript, CMS, PHP and XML. If you have any questions about my skills or questions about web design and development just let me know!
